Lawn Sprinkler Repair - Lawn sprinkler repair and preventative maintenance are a requirement for a healthy, green, and beautiful lawn. Bi-annual tune-ups ensure proper and adequate water coverage. • No water waste through runoff, or through missing, misaligned or broken sprinkler heads.

Conservation Enforcement

• It is unlawful for any person to knowingly or recklessly install, operate, cause or permit the installation or operation of an irrigation system in violation of these requirements on premises they own, lease or manage.

Ordinance amendments allow for the following

• First Violation, customers will be given a written warning that they have violated the mandatory water use ordinance.
• Second and subsequent violations, citations may be issued to customers, with minimum and maximum fines as established by ordinance,
• After three violations have occurred, the utility may cut off water service to the customer.

Everyone plays a part in using water wisely. If you see a water violation, please contact our 24 hour SCADA/Dispatch Center at 817-788-7212 to record the location, time and date of the actual violation. It only takes a few minutes and can prevent millions of gallons of water from being wasted.
